Return Policy

RETURN POLICY FOR GENERAL MERCHANDISE

We want you to be perfectly satisfied with your purchase. All of Tassels products are guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly provide a refund for your order. All returns must be made within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.

Sorry, we cannot accept returns on any items that have been worn, personalized, monogrammed, special order items or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. All items must be in original condition including all tags on items. In the event that your merchandise is damaged upon arrival, please notify us within twenty-four (24) hours so that we may replace the damaged merchandise.

Returns are easy. You may use the shipping carrier most convenient for you!

You can return the merchandise through the mail or via UPS or FedEx for a refund or replacement. To make a return by mail, just complete the Return information and simply indicate the reason for return and the action to be taken, such as replacement or refund. Place this information along with a copy of your invoice/receipt in the box with your merchandise.

We will process your return and follow your instructions. We will issue you a credit to your credit card within five (5) business days, less any shipping or other non-refundable fees or charges.

Shipping Terms

We make every effort to complete and ship your order as quickly as possible, usually within the same business day, after receipt of your order. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for delivery of items in stock. Items ordered together are not necessarily shipped together.

We will notify you if any item is backordered or if it cannot be shipped within 30 days and you will be given the option to cancel your order. Items are not charged to your credit card until shipped, unless it is a special order (i.e. monogram items). All monogram orders will be charged when the order is submitted.

Orders received after 1:00 p.m. EST (Eastern Standard Time) will be considered “received” on the next business day. All orders received after 11:00 p.m. EST on Friday through Sunday will not be processed or shipped until the following Monday. Once your order ships, Tassels will send you an e-mail with the details of your shipping, including a tracking number so that you may track your shipment.

Tuckfish Designs  ships via USPS Priority mail.

Over-sized Items, International Orders and other unique situations will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
